James G. Kelly has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since May 2018. Mr. Kelly also served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of managers of the business prior to the Company’s initial public offering. Before joining EVO, Mr. Kelly held several leadership roles at Global Payments, Inc. from 2001 to 2010, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Kelly served as a managing director of Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm, and as a manager of Ernst & Young’s mergers and acquisitions and audit groups. Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
